This is a house, not a large hotel
The house has a hundred apartments, and some of them are the residences of residents. Hence the wording of the booking service about “a more private atmosphere and fewer guests compared to large hotels”: you should expect neither a hotel-sized reception hall nor hotel animation here.
The restaurant and bar in the list of amenities are the ground-floor venues: the Fusion Club restobar and the White Cafe cafe.
