About the complex
One hundred apartments, four floors and a pool by the house
White Residences is a four-story apart-hotel located a couple of minutes' walk from the Sea Breeze Beach Club. It has only 100 apartments with an area from 54 to 261 sq. m. A large outdoor pool adjoins the building, and on the ground floor of the apart-hotel a cozy White Cafe has been fitted out, where the food is always homemade and tasty. Every apartment has its own balcony or terrace from which you can admire the mesmerizing views of the Caspian Sea and the architectural aesthetics of Sea Breeze. The apartments are rented with finished interiors and equipped with furniture and appliances.
In the Sea Breeze hotel catalog White Residences stands in the “Hotels” section with the caption “Apart-hotel”: some of the apartments are used as homes, some are rented to guests. The resort's booking service describes the house as follows: “a more private atmosphere and fewer guests compared to large hotels”.
