The only published breakdown by apartments is the figures from the news item about the opening: the house has “only 100 apartments with an area from 54 to 261 sq. m”. There are no layouts, numbers of bedrooms or breakdown by apartment types in open sources, so we do not build the “studio / 1 bedroom / penthouse” table that the sites of residential complexes usually show.
The scale is built on the only published figure: “100 apartments with an area from 54 to 261 sq. m” (the Sea Breeze news item on the opening). How many apartments of which area there are and what their layouts are is not stated in the sources, so the intermediate marks on the scale are simply divisions, not apartment types.
Finishing and furnishing
You can move in right away
Finished interiors, furniture and appliances: from a double bed to a kitchen set with built-in appliances. The official wording: “when buying an apartment in White Residences you do not need to worry about renovation and furnishing — everything for comfortable living and rest is already here”.
