An outdoor pool
Adjoins the building: a spacious basin, sunloungers and umbrellas along the building.
A guide's diagram, not an architectural drawing: it shows only what is said in the official materials — four floors, the contents of the ground floor and the pool by the building. There are no real floor plans in open sources.

The facade
White planes and wooden shutters
The building is assembled from white planes with projecting balconies and glass railings; the openings are covered with wooden slatted shutters in a warm brown tone. The entrance is marked by a long slab canopy with the three-dimensional letters WHITE RESIDENCES.
This is an observation of the guide's author from the official photographs, not a description from the design documentation: the name of the architect and the architectural bureau could not be found in open sources.

White Cafe
A home-cooking cafe on the ground floor: “where the food is always homemade and tasty”. The opening hours and menu are not published in the official sources.
Source: the Sea Breeze news item on the opening and the hotel catalogWhite Cafe is mentioned both in the news item about the 2024 opening and in the current Sea Breeze hotel catalog (checked on 18.09.2026). Fusion Club opened a month after the house — on July 20, 2024.
Pool
The basin in the courtyard
“A spacious pool with comfortable sunloungers adjoins the building” — this is how the Sea Breeze hotel catalog describes the courtyard. In the photographs one can see a long rectangular basin along the building, rows of sunloungers and light-colored umbrellas.
The Fusion Club terrace has a direct exit to the pool.
The dimensions of the basin, the depth, the opening hours and the access rules for guests who are not from the house are not stated in the sources.
